Shipping Policy

We Offer The FREE Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping for all USA Orders.

Most US-based orders are shipped directly from 1 of our warehouses within 2-24 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Your product will arrive within 1-12 Business Days, depending on how and when the product was shipped. It could take up to 12 business days for a product to arrive when selecting the free shipping offer. We are not able to ship to international destinations.

We offer Standard Shipping (3-12 business day delivery time) is FREE. Other more expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping Rates are based on weight, purchase price, and delivery location.

Return Policy

Customers may return items unused, in good condition, in original bottles, and with all paperwork and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund .

All refunds go to the original credit card. A refund will be processed once the return is received within the return window and the result of the return is caused by us.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns as deemed appropriate by Procelle, LLC. The intent of this restocking fee is to cover the shipping costs to the customers who received free shipping. Shipping costs paid by the customer is not refundable.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.

Instructions on how to return items:

Please contact us directly to receive return instructions. Email: support@procelle.com
Print the return slip or copy of original invoice.
Include the return slip or copy of original invoice inside of the box.
Ship package to us using the designated shipping address provided to you in our return authorization email.

Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Extended Holiday Returns Policy

Customer may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund during the December holiday period.

Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.
