If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within (30 days) from the shipping date. Please Note: If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, our shipping cost (the amount we paid to get the order to you) will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Once we ship out your order, you will get an email or text with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email or text please contact us at support@procelle.com. Include your name and order number. We will figure out what happened.
If your package has shipped and you have not received the order by the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@procelle.com so we can assist you.
It is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. We ship during normal business hours Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
We have warehouses throughout the country. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 4 business days after the order has shipped.

If you have a product that was somehow damaged during shipping, we ask you to take the following action:
Take pictures of the product and box
Email us: support@procelle.com
Include the pictures in the email, your name and order number, and a brief description of what was damaged.
We will make it right.
