What is Amish Craft Masters
Amish Craft Masters is a name we gave these quality pieces of Amish-built furniture to protect the craftsmen themselves. Many Amish communities do not like images, video, or their names getting too wildly popular. They are very simple people who live highly traditional lives. They have strict rules they want to follow. So, as long as we purchase furniture from the Amish we can offer these wonderful pieces to you. But the Amish people are not allowed to have an eCommerce store and we can not use the real names of the craftsmen as that could violate some of the Amish Community rules. Thus the reason we put the name Amish Craft Masters as our brand for their heirloom furniture.

Is there a warranty for Amish products?
Yes! The Amish want you to be happy with their craftsmanship. The Warranty period varies for each product. If you have a problem with an Amish Built piece of furniture, please contact us regarding your concern. We will work on your behalf to make it right through either replacement or repair parts. We do require that customers register their warranty within 10 days of receiving the piece. It is important because the warranty period can be reduced for unregistered products. Check the warranty document for specific details.

Can I customize a piece of furniture?
We can do limited customizations for some pieces. Size, Color, and sometimes style can be relatively simple accommodations. Some changed to cost more to initiate and an extra fee will be added. These fees are determined by the nature of the change requested. Customization will increase the lead time by about 8 weeks. Customizations are not returnable or refundable.

Will there be assembly instructions included in the shipment?
Absolutely! We strive to make these instructions easy to follow. And we will have video instructions that will give even more detail to help you assemble any piece of Amish Built Furniture.

How will my Amish order be shipped?
Depending on the size of the furniture package, we will ship either UPS, USPS, or by freight. We will let you know all these details when we have completed the shipping process.

When will orders be shipped?
It is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. We ship during normal business hours Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Is Amish made furniture made from real wood?
In most cases yes. They use some of the finest-looking wood available for many different wood species. But, they also use Polywood (100% recycled plastic) for use in outdoor furniture.

Product arrive but is damaged. What do I do?
If you have a product that was somehow damaged during shipping, we ask you to take the following action:

Include the pictures in the email, your name and order number, and a brief description of what was damaged.
