Shipping Policies

As a general rule, domestic orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours and during normal business hours. This policy does not include company holidays or weekends. Orders placed during a weekend or holiday will ship within 24 hours beginning at 9am on the next normal business day.

Orders placed for next day or second day delivery will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 2pm CST on a normal business day unless the order is placed during a weekend or holiday.

How to get free shipping:

* Free Shipping is available for orders over $16.00

  • Ship to an address within the continental United States (Including U.S. territories)
  • Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from your order date
  • Free Shipping does not apply to wholesale buyers.
*Your total purchase must reach the designated amount prior to the cost of shipping and tax.

Shipping Carriers / Rates

We ship via the following Carriers:

  • USPS
  • SpeeDee
  • UPS

We determine which carrier to use based on the type, size and quantity of the packaging. We factor in the shipping time and arrival date of the package while choosing which carrier to use.

Rates are based on the total weight of the order, the delivery location and the type of delivery method chosen by the customer. Rates are generally set to cover only the cost of shipping the product via the selected carrier.

Tracking

When we ship your package we will send you the tracking number along with the carrier. You can then go to the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to track your package.

International Orders

We can only accept online orders for domestic delivery locations at this time. You are welcome to call our customer service center at 1-866-464-6659 to arrange for international shipping.

General Details

  • Shipping rates are per order, not per package.
  • Second Day UPS orders will be delivered within two business days.
  • If we are unable to verify your credit card, that may delay shipping.
  • If a product is back ordered, your order maybe reasonably delayed for a couple of days so that we can ship the entire order. If there will be a delay of more than 2 days, you may decide to cancel the back ordered item and have the remaining items shipped.
  • We can only ship to street addresses using Speedee or UPS. Orders with a P.O. box, APO/FPO or DPO address will be shipped via USPS.
  • Some shipping options allow for the customer to pickup their order from our headquarters in Ramsey, MN. This option is only available where the shipping zip code is a MN zip code number.
  • Any over over $300 must ship to the billing address.
